Katy Perry has a dramatic image overhaul. Famous for bright, colourful outfits and playful candy-inspired accessories, she’s dropped the cupcake dresses and electric blue hair for a new gothic look. At the NARM Music Biz 2012 Awards in Culver City, California on Thursday night she wore a floor-length black gown with transparent stripes and deep purple hair, smoky eye make-up, and plum lips. She won Artist of the Year award.
